C'mon, you're kidding. Who the hell will get an idea to look for any valueable info in the forums' threads? where in the search indexes that kind of talking will be located, what kind of words' lines will be utilized for searching? plus, usage of any language other than Russian is outside of this forum's rules and tradition. And last but not least - how many people have Am-Eng/Eng good enough to keep discussion at proper level? significantly more than one have Russian not good enough to make thier messages reasonable, informative and clear.
So, I take black hat again. If I'm wrong, you may try to persuade me.

PS "If we plan (are planning) to develop TP good enough for international standards... (or as good as for...)"; and we call forum's sturcture elements "thread" but "branch". Slang, tradition.
